750m Swim, 20km Bike (3 loops), 5km Run
super sprint start
300m Swim (close to shore), 10km bike (2 short loops), 2km Run
kids age 12-15
300m Swim (close to shore), 10km bike (2 short loops), 2km Run
kids age 10-11
200m Swim (close to shore), 5km Bike, 1km Run
kids age 6-9
100m Swim (close to shore - kids can touch the bottom), 2km Bike, 500m Run
