The Kelowna Argus Apple Triathlon has been officially selected as the venue for the 2025 Triathlon Canada Sprint, Standard & Standard Aquabike Distance Triathlon Championships. This prestigious event will bring Canada’s top triathletes to Kelowna’s scenic waterfront, reinforcing the city’s reputation as a premier triathlon destination. Set for August 9th & 10th, the Kelowna Argus Apple Triathlon will serve to crown Age Group Champions, drawing top racers from across the country.

*Refund Policy: The Apple Race Series will offer 100% refunds minus processing fees until April 1st, 2025 at 11:59pm PST. No refunds will be offered after April 1st, 2025 at 11:59pm PST. Registrants are responsible for any processing fees associated with refunds.
*Registrations completed prior to July 31st will have the opportunity to purchase the Optional Refund Insurance during the registration process. Please note this is a separate refund policy from the Event Refund Policy described above.
*Registration Transfer Policy and Distance Changes: Apple Triathlon registered athletes are able to transfer their entry to another individual until August 4th, 2025 or downgrade to a shorter distance until August 4th, 2025. Transfers to another athlete will have a $15 processing fee. Distance transfers to a shorter distance are not eligible for a refund of the price difference. Distance transfers to a longer distance will require payment of the price difference from the registered distance to the new distance pricing at the time of the change request.
*Deferral/Rollover Policy: No deferrals will be offered for this event.
*Event Cancellation Policy: The Apple Race Series in accordance with municipal and provincial authorities, as well as regional law enforcement, reserves the right to cancel or alter any of the events due to unforeseen circumstances such as, but not limited to weather events and related consequences (e.g. flooding, fires), hostile threats, highway closures mandated by provincial or other authorities, health and safety concerns. If such conditions force cancellation, refunds cannot be provided since funds will have been spent in preparation for Event Day.
